Meet Scooter, Tuffy, and Ashtray

Here are some photos of my cats. One is a horrible looking little thing. Now don't get me wrong, I've had cats all my life and think they're the greatest pets in the world. It's just that my Wife and I picked up a domestic shorthair at the Carson CA. animal shelter last June and she's grown into one of the most hideous looking felines I've ever seen. I hope the photos do her honor (or dishonor) and bring her fame. If anyone wants to submit ugly cat photos, I'll be glad to put them on my page.

We currently have three cats. One Maine Coon mix. Another Domestic Shorthair who's also a Polydactyl. And then there's Scooter. The ugliest cat in Los Angeles. She's also suffering from some sort of feline hyperactivity problem too. This cat must be sneaking my coffee when I'm not looking. She's wound up tighter than a bass drum. Did I also mention she has a serious problem passing gas. Oh my Lord she smells! Anyway, here are some photos of Scooter. The photos don't do her complete and utter hideousness justice. To give her credit, I have taught her to fetch bottle caps. I just toss them down the stairwell and she chases them down and brings them back to me.

And Then There's "Tuffy" AKA "Cocoanuts"

Now here's my Pal Tuffy in the photos below. He's about twenty pounds of pure lazy. Not an aggressive hunter/killer bone in his neutered body. He does like a tasty fly or spider every now and then when he can get up enough energy to catch one. He's a Maine Coon Mix (my guess) and a rather handsome fellow. For anyone who doesn't know about Maine Coon Cats, they are one of the largest breed of domestic cat. They tend to be one-person felines. They are gentile and very intelligent. The two females I have drive this poor guy crazy. When it gets cold at night they tend to use him for a blanket since he's so big. Being an easy going Maine Coon he puts up with just about anything, even neurotic females.

Ashtray

One last cat. I call her Ashtray. One look at the color of her fur and her marking and anyone can see why. Her markings looks like a tray full of cigar ashes. She's a domestic shorthair with extra (polydactyl) toes. she's also likes to bite when she's showing affection.
